Our charming holiday apartment in Vodice offers space for up to three guests on 26.5 m². It features a bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom with a shower, and an open living and kitchen area, equipped with all essential kitchen appliances, a dining table, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi. An air conditioning system ensures pleasant temperatures at all times.



The balcony with sea view and the terrace invite you to start the day relaxed or let it fade away at sunset. The location on the second floor offers a magnificent view of the surroundings while maintaining peace and privacy.



The house features a pool, a well-maintained garden with lawn areas and sun loungers, as well as a barbecue option. A parking space is available directly at the house, and a communal washing machine is provided for guests. Pets are not permitted.



The apartment is located only about 450 metres from the gravel beach, where carefree hours by the sea are possible. Restaurants, cafés, a supermarket and various leisure opportunities can be reached within a few minutes' walk. Vodice itself offers a picturesque old town, cultural offerings and a lively leisure programme for young and old. Water sports, cycling, hiking and boat trips are popular activities in the area, while national parks, historical sights and local wineries invite excursions.
