This luxurious villa on the western side of Čiovo Island in the idyllic fishing village of Okrug Gornji offers five stylishly furnished apartments for 2 to 6 people and a private pool. The property is located just 50 metres from the sea in Saldun Bay, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, olive trees, fruit trees and a large lawn area that is ideal for children to play. Free parking is available directly at the house.



Apartment 2A is perfectly suited for families or groups and offers space for up to six people. On 67 m² of living space, you will find two bedrooms with double beds, a kitchen with dining area, a living room with sofa bed, LCD-SAT-TV, air conditioning, iron and ironing board as well as a private washing machine and dishwasher. Two terraces (19 m² to the south, 14 m² to the west) offer sea views, partially covered seating areas, parasol, awnings and space for relaxed outdoor meals. The apartment has a bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer, towel warmer and additionally a separate WC. WiFi, bed linen, towels and use of the lawn are included, grilling is possible upon request.



The villa offers a communal pool with loungers, a well-maintained garden, outdoor shower, children's playground, and a small Dalmatian grill house (Komin) on a covered terrace. The surroundings are ideal for water sports, such as jet skiing, windsurfing, motorboat trips, diving, or parasailing. Bicycles, scooters, and quads can be rented on site.



Beaches with gravel or fine gravel are only 50 m away, restaurants and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity, the centre of Okrug Gornji can be reached in 800 m. Trogir is only 2 km away and conveniently accessible by taxi boat. Cultural excursions, museums, concerts and local festivals round off the leisure offerings.
