This cosy home accommodates up to 6 people and features two comfortable bedrooms with a total of 4 beds - including a double bed, a sofa bed, and two single beds. The accommodation is ideal for couples, families, or small groups of friends.



An absolute highlight is the shared swimming pool, promising refreshment and fun for all guests. The outdoor area invites relaxation with a beautiful garden, garden furniture, terrace, and balcony. Barbecue enthusiasts will appreciate the grilling facilities.



The house is modernly equipped with air conditioning, central heating, and Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen with a stove offers everything a cooking heart desires - from refrigerator and freezer to coffee machine and dishwasher.



With two bathrooms - one with a shower, the other with a bathtub - we ensure maximum comfort. A private parking space directly at the house completes the offer.



The location is perfect: only 300 metres from the town centre, supermarket, and bus stop. A stone's throw from the beach and ideal for families with children. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
