This spacious holiday home in Rabac on the Istrian peninsula offers a magnificent panoramic view of the bay and the islands of the Kvarner Bay. It has a separate entrance and is ideal for families or groups who want to combine comfort, privacy and a central location.



The house extends over two floors and offers space for up to 8 people in four bedrooms, all with double beds, wardrobe, and blackout options. Two modern bathrooms with shower, WC, bidet, and cosmetic mirror provide additional comfort. The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. In the dining and living area, an eight-person dining table, SAT-TV, corner sofa, coffee table, hi-fi system, and air conditioning are available.



The house offers two balconies, an open and a covered terrace, a private outdoor pool, a summer kitchen with a grill, and a courtyard. Two private parking spaces are available. In the outdoor area, there is a sun terrace, sun loungers, parasols, and shaded areas, ideal for relaxation or shared activities.



The location is central: restaurants, shops and the city centre are just a few minutes away, the beach is 150 m away. The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities such as hiking, water sports, tennis, paintball, bicycle rental and cultural offerings.



Included in the price are end cleaning, bed linen, towels, air conditioning, heating, electricity, water, gas, pool use, internet and kitchen towels. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
