This charming holiday apartment is located in Kustići on the island of Pag - in an absolutely dream location, just about 15 metres from the sea. The well-maintained house is situated in the first row with an unobstructed view of the Adriatic and the Bay of Pag. It is privately managed and convinces with a calm atmosphere, modern equipment and loving details.



The apartment on the second floor offers space for up to four people (2 + 2) on approximately 45 m². It features a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and WC, and an open living and dining area with a kitchenette and sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine, cookware, and dishes.



From the sunny south-facing balcony (6 m²), you can enjoy a dreamlike view of the sea – ideal for a relaxed breakfast with the sound of the waves or cosy evening hours. The balcony is partially covered and equipped with a table, chairs, awning and clothes horse. A private outdoor grill is also available, as is a free parking space directly by the house.



The apartment is air-conditioned and has satellite TV and WiFi. Bed linen and towels are provided. Pets are welcome (up to 3 animals). Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.



The house offers a total of five apartments, each with its own balcony and sea view. In the outdoor area, a sun terrace and an outdoor shower are available. In addition, there are four boat moorings (upon request) directly in front of the house - ideal for guests arriving with their own boat.



In the immediate vicinity, you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday: A restaurant with regional cuisine is located just 20 metres away, a bakery and a small supermarket about 300 metres. You can reach the centre of Kustići after 50 metres, and Novalja – with numerous shopping opportunities, restaurants, bars and leisure activities – is approximately 6 kilometres away.



The sea and the next pebble beach are right in front of the door. In a short time, you can also reach other beautiful bathing bays with fine pebble or sandy beaches and crystal-clear water.



The environment offers many leisure activities: swimming, snorkelling, diving, windsurfing, sailing or boat trips – everything is just a few steps away. In Novalja, you can additionally expect water sports offerings such as jet skiing, parasailing or wakeboarding, as well as lively beach bars and the famous nightlife.



Thanks to its central location, the accommodation is also an ideal starting point for day trips to the Plitvice Lakes, Krka or Kornati National Parks, as well as to the surrounding islands of Kvarner Bay.
