The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained house and features two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, and an open living area with an integrated kitchen. From the covered balcony, one enjoys a beautiful view towards the sea. The balcony is directly connected to the garden and offers seating opportunities for cosy hours outdoors.



The equipment includes air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-plate electric cooker, kettle, microwave, and a filter coffee machine. A sofa bed in the living area offers an additional sleeping option. Bed linen and towels are included.



The house is located in a green, quiet residential area on a slope and offers a relaxed atmosphere - perfect for restful days away from the hustle and bustle. Shopping opportunities and restaurants can be found approximately 350 metres away, and the town centre with additional offerings is located about 1.2 km away.
