The accommodation features a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, and an open kitchen with cooking utensils and dining area. The 6 m² south-facing balcony offers a magnificent sea view of Pag Bay and invites you to have breakfast or relax in the sun. The holiday home is located just about 15 metres from the gravel beach. In the immediate vicinity, you will find small restaurants, cafés and a supermarket, the next larger town Novalja is approximately 6 km away and offers further shopping opportunities, restaurants as well as sports and leisure activities. A boat mooring for smaller to medium-sized boats is available directly in front of the house.
