This charming guesthouse is located idyllically and quietly directly on the sea, approximately 2.5 kilometres north of the old town of Rovinj in Istria. The property has seven comfortable guest rooms and an attached restaurant and is ideal for those seeking peace who want to combine Mediterranean tranquillity with proximity to the town.



The next beach is located directly in front of the house, where a clean rocky beach leads into the crystal-clear sea. Just 100 metres away, there is also a well-maintained pebble beach with shady areas. A supermarket and another restaurant are conveniently within walking distance.



The house offers four modern equipped south-facing rooms with a balcony and magnificent sea view on the second floor, which is accessible via an external staircase, as well as three additional rooms with a large shared terrace and view of the adjacent forest. All rooms are suitable for two to three people and feature an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC, air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi, and a refrigerator.



The rich breakfast is served daily on the garden terrace, and a small breakfast room is available in cooler weather. Guests have access to eight free private parking spaces, an outdoor shower, and shady seating in the garden. The hosts are known for their hospitality and speak Croatian, English, German, Italian, and Slovenian. A small pet up to 10 kg is welcome.



The offered room is located on the second floor and provides approximately 18 m² of living space. It is equipped with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, mirror, desk, air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi, and a refrigerator. The modern bathroom features a shower, toilet, washbasin, and hairdryer. The room includes a 10 m² terrace area that is shared and furnished with a table, chairs, loungers, and a parasol.



The location is ideal for walks, bike tours and excursions - for example to the Lim Fjord or the historic old town of Rovinj. The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities, including swimming, diving, boat trips, sailing, kayaking, tennis, cycling, wine tastings and much more.
