This charming villa on the western side of the island of Čiovo, in the picturesque fishing village of Okrug Gornji, offers five modern-equipped apartments for 2 to 6 people and a private pool. The holiday home is located just 50 metres from the sea in Saldun Bay, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, fruit and olive trees, and a large lawn area, ideal for children to play. Free parking is available directly at the house.



Apartment 1A is ideally suited for couples or small families and offers space for up to three people. On 26 m² of living space, you will find a cosy bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and living room with sofa bed, LCD-SAT-TV, air conditioning, refrigerator with freezer compartment, cooker, microwave, coffee machine as well as iron and ironing board. The bathroom is equipped with shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. The covered terrace (7 m²) invites you to have breakfast or dinner outdoors. WiFi, bed linen, towels and use of the lawn for children are included in the price, as is the possibility of using the barbecue upon request.



The villa features a communal pool with loungers, a small Dalmatian grill house on a covered terrace, and fruits and vegetables from its own garden. Despite its quiet location, the villa offers short distances to beaches (50 m), restaurants (70 m), and supermarkets (50 m). The old town of Trogir can be reached in just 2 km - conveniently by car or by the regularly operating taxi boat that stops directly on the coast.



For leisure activities, the surroundings offer diverse opportunities: water sports such as jet skiing, windsurfing, motorboat rides, diving or parasailing, bicycle and scooter rental, fishing, mini golf, tennis, kitesurfing and cultural excursions in Trogir with museums, concerts and local festivals.
