This cosy holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained house in Orebic, just 40 metres from the sea. Due to its quiet location on the outskirts of the town and its proximity to the beach, it is ideal for couples seeking relaxation in a Mediterranean atmosphere.



The apartment offers approx. 35 m² of living space and consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and an air-conditioned living and dining area with a small, well-equipped kitchen. This includes a 2-plate stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, filter coffee machine, and all necessary cooking utensils. WiFi and satellite TV are available free of charge.



A highlight is the covered, furnished south terrace (approx. 14 m²) with a wonderful sea view. Here you can enjoy the morning sun during breakfast or let the day end with a glass of wine overlooking the Adriatic.



Guests also have access to a well-maintained garden with seating areas and a barbecue spot. A washing machine can be used with the landlord's consent. Parking spaces are located directly at the house. Small pets (up to 10 kg) are permitted by arrangement.



The next gravel beach is just a few steps away, and the popular sandy beach "Trstenica" is located approximately 1.6 km away. Shops, restaurants, and the town centre of Orebic can be reached within a few minutes on foot.



The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities such as swimming, sailing, diving, windsurfing, or hiking through the green, hilly landscape of the Peljesac peninsula. A trip to the historic island of Korčula, which is regularly accessible by ferry, is also highly recommended.
