This charming holiday home in the Dalmatian style is located in a quiet hillside position above the well-known holiday resort of Bol on the island of Brač and offers a breathtaking view of the sea, the "Golden Horn" and the island of Hvar. Surrounded by a lush olive grove, the house has a well-maintained garden and a private pool, ideal for relaxing and sunbathing.



The house offers 55 m² of living space with two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as a cosy living kitchen with a dining table and a modern equipped kitchen including dishwasher, oven and kitchen appliances. The 36 m² terrace with sea view, covered pergola, parasols, sun loungers and private outdoor grill invites you to relaxed hours outdoors.



Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, two flat-screen TVs with satellite TV, DVD player, washing machine, children's bed upon request, and parking for three vehicles. Pets are welcome, smoking is not permitted. Breakfast can be served upon request for an additional charge.



The location is ideal for a beach holiday and outdoor activities, the beach "Golden Horn" is within walking distance, the town centre of Bol is about 10 minutes away. Included in the price are final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, pool use, baby cot, registration and deregistration fees, and additional bed for toddlers. Additional costs are incurred for pets, air conditioning, and breakfast.
