This spacious apartment (approx. 100 m²) for up to 9 people is located on the ground floor of a 3-storey holiday home directly by the sea in the quiet town of Bibinje, just 8 km from Zadar. The furnished, covered south terrace (50 m²) with sea view invites you to have breakfast, dinner or relax comfortably with the family.



The apartment offers three bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed, another with a double bed, and a bedroom with four single beds. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living area for two people. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and washing machine, a separate toilet ensures additional comfort.



The living kitchen features a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, 4-plate stove (gas/electric), oven, dishwasher, double sink, filter coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery. A dining table for 6 people and satellite TV complete the offering. WiFi, air conditioning, bed linen and towels are included. A children's bed is available upon request.



The property includes a large fruit and vegetable garden, outdoor grill with seating areas and two private parking spaces. Pets up to 10 kg are allowed, smoking is permitted.
