This comfortable holiday apartment is located in a well-maintained holiday home in Stanici, just about 150 m from the sea. On 50 m², it offers space for up to 5 people and features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a 15 m² balcony with sea view.



The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a single bed, SAT-TV, air conditioning, wardrobe, and complete darkening. The second bedroom offers a double bed, TV, air conditioning, wardrobe, and also complete darkening. The kitchen includes a stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, kitchen mixer, and radio. The bathroom has a shower, double washbasin, toilet, hairdryer, and cosmetic mirror.



The apartment offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, access to a communal washing machine and a private parking space. The outdoor area includes a garden/courtyard, sun terrace with sun loungers, parasols, Hollywood swing, barbecue facilities, outdoor shower and space for sporting activities such as boules. Bicycles are available.



The location is central, quiet and surrounded by greenery. Restaurants, supermarket, bakery and café are located in the immediate vicinity. The gravel beach is only 150 m away, public transport is nearby.



Leisure activities in the area include water sports, boating, pedal boating, rafting, jet skiing, climbing, zip-lining, high ropes course, mountain biking, hiking, fitness, tennis, and children's theme parks.



Included in the price are final cleaning, bed linen, electricity, water, gas, heating, internet, kitchen towels, registration and deregistration fee, extra bed (0-2 years) and tourist tax. Additional costs will be incurred for use of the communal washing machine, bicycles, boat mooring and intermediate cleaning.
