From the living room, you can directly access the private, covered terrace with partial sea view, seating area and private grill – ideal for relaxed evenings outdoors. Another balcony is connected to the bedroom and also offers a view of the green surroundings and the sea.



Only about 350 metres separate you from the next fine sandy beach, which slopes gently into the sea and is particularly suitable for families with children. The famous Paradise Beach of Lopar with its numerous leisure activities - from pedal boating to beach volleyball to kayak or boat rental - is also quickly accessible. Within walking distance, you will find restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, a bakery and everything you need for daily requirements.



The house is located in a quiet residential area in the northern part of Lopar, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. The spacious garden offers shade, seating areas, and a small children's play area. Parking spaces are available directly at the house. WiFi, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Pets are welcome by arrangement, and certain additional services such as air conditioning or heating can be charged according to consumption.



The friendly hosts live in the same house and are happy to help you with advice and support. On request, you can purchase homemade specialities such as wine, ham or fresh vegetables from their own cultivation – an authentic opportunity to enjoy Dalmatian hospitality.
