Welcome to your cosy holiday apartment in Lopar on the beautiful island of Rab - ideal for families or couples looking for peace and proximity to the beach. The bright, comfortable apartment on the first floor offers space for up to five people and is perfectly equipped to provide you with a relaxing stay.



Two bedrooms - one with a double and single bed, the other with a bunk bed - ensure pleasant nights, while the large living kitchen with sofa bed, dining table and TV invites you to spend time together. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a cooker, oven, refrigerator and all important cooking utensils. In the bathroom, a bathtub and washing machine are available. Particularly beautiful are the two private balconies with partial sea view - the ideal place to let the day end with a coffee or a glass of wine. WiFi, air conditioning and parking spaces directly at the house are of course part of the equipment.



The house is located in a quiet residential area in the northern part of Lopar. Only about 350 metres separate you from the gently sloping sandy beach Mel – perfect for families with children. The famous Paradise Beach is also quickly reached and invites you to sunbathe and swim in crystal-clear water. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach restaurants, cafés, supermarket, bakery and other shopping opportunities.



In the approximately 950 m² garden of the house, you will find a cosy seating and barbecue area as well as plenty of space to relax. Children can play safely here, while adults find peace in the shade of Mediterranean plants. The friendly hosts live in the same house, speak several languages and are happy to help you with any questions. Pets are welcome by arrangement.
