The spacious accommodation offers space for up to 6 people and features two cosy bedrooms with double and single beds, a bright bathroom with a bathtub, and a fully equipped living kitchen. Here you will find everything you need to feel comfortable: oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, kettle, as well as sufficient cooking utensils and crockery. Sat-TV and free WiFi provide entertainment. From the furnished balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the greenery - perfect for relaxed evening hours.



The apartment is air-conditioned and has its own washing machine. A baby bed can also be provided upon request. Pets are welcome by arrangement (additional fees may apply).



The holiday home is located in a quiet area without through traffic - ideal for those seeking relaxation. The nearest gently sloping sandy beach is only about 100 m away. The famous Paradise Beach in San Marino is also within walking distance (approx. 1.2 km). Shopping facilities, restaurants and the town centre are in the immediate vicinity.
