This beautiful holiday home in Novigrad, Istria, offers two comfortable holiday apartments for 4 or 5 people on the ground floor. Each apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with a dining area and a cosy terrace with a stone table and benches, ideal for relaxing in the green.



The apartments are air-conditioned, have central heating, satellite TV, WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine and a private parking space. The enclosed garden offers sunbathing lawns, shaded areas, an outdoor shower, fruits and vegetables from our own cultivation as well as barbecue facilities. Pets are welcome, a baby cot can be provided upon request.



The location allows short distances to the beach (300 m), restaurants, supermarket and centre. The surroundings invite you to beach holidays, family holidays, relaxation, active holidays and cultural discoveries. Leisure activities include water sports, boat trips, diving, snorkelling, hiking and visits to national parks.



The price includes air conditioning, bedding, towels, electricity, water, gas, internet, and a baby bed. Additional costs will be incurred for pets, registration and deregistration fees, final cleaning, and optional intermediate cleaning.
