This beautiful holiday home in Novigrad, Istria, offers two cosy holiday apartments for 4 or 5 people. Each apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower.



Both apartments are located on the ground floor and have a shady terrace with a stone table and benches, ideal for relaxing or eating together outdoors. The facilities include air conditioning, central heating, satellite TV, WiFi, crockery, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue, enclosed garden, balcony or terrace, and a private parking space. Pets are welcome.



The holiday apartments offer space for families, couples or groups and are suitable for beach holidays, family holidays, relaxation, romance, active holidays as well as educational and cultural trips. The gravel beach is only 300 m away, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance.



The apartments are equipped with all amenities, including lounge furniture on the terrace, private outdoor grill, air conditioning, satellite TV, internet access and sofa bed for additional guests. Cots and high chairs are available upon request.



Included in the price are air conditioning, bedding, towels, electricity, water, gas, internet access, baby cot, tourist tax and the use of the washing machine. Additional costs will be incurred for pets, interim cleaning and the registration and deregistration fee.
