Completely renovated in 2017, the apartment is located in a beautiful old building in Trier south, built in 1925. The location is quiet and prefered by the proximity to the Südbahnhof (2 minutes walk) and the city center (15 minutes walk).
The apartment has 1 bedroom with bed and wardrobe / living room with sofa bed, flatscreen TV (SAT receipt) and desk (WLAN), kitchen with Nespresso machine, dishwasher, water cooker, toaster, stove, oven, refrigerator with 3 * freezer, microwave / Bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, and washing machine / iron and ironing board, clothes dryer.
Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. You can smoke on the spacious terrace in the garden (partly covered). For your car we have a parking space in front of the door.
The location is ideal for commuters to Luxembourg, as the train departs every 30 minutes from Trier South at peak times, and the bus to Luxembourg (stop 15 minutes by foot) runs every 20-30 minutes at peak times.
