Erstvermietung 2017 The apartment Star is suitable for max 6 people and is located at ground level, 80 m² in size comfortably and comfortably furnished: hall, large living / dining room SAT TV with radio reception, large windows overlooking the greenery and access to the large sun terrace with garden furniture, and barbecue, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dining area, 1st bedroom with double bed, 2. Bedroom with double bed, bathroom with sink shower and WC as well as a guest toilet non-smoking!   A free car parking space is also available to our guests. Bicycles (subject to availability) and bed linen can be rented on request. For our guest boxes for horses we charge a day rate of 12 € cot and high chair are also available upon availability. Please pre-register. Please bring towels! Pets are not allowed.  

Holidays in the Gutspark Schwarbe with horse farm Our holiday resort in the former Gutspark Schwarbe (OT of Altkirchen) with our adjoining horse farm between Cape Arkona and the island of Hiddensee is situated in an absolutely quiet location surrounded by nature, meadows and fields. On our 12,000 m² property, overgrown with old shadow-spreading trees and our adjoining horse farm surrounded by endless grain fields, you will find peace and relaxation here. For horse lovers there is the possibility to ride or you can go on holiday with us. Comfortable guest rooms are available. Enjoy fantastic holidays on the peninsula Wittow ... where according to statistics the sun most often appears. Our holiday resort consists of 3 holiday houses with a total of 10 apartments and 1 separate holiday apartments. The holiday house 1 has 4 modern, comfortable holiday apartments (41-51 m²). These were newly renovated in 2013 and equipped with solid wood furniture. All apartments have a beautiful view in the green In the holiday house 2 there are 2 more modern, comfortable apartments (66-82 m²). These were newly renovated in 2014 and are very comfortable and also equipped with solid wood furniture. All are on the ground floor and have a beautiful view into the green. An apartment has a fireplace and its own garden. Our holiday house 3, first occupancy 2017, is located in the adjoining horse farm. The 4 modern and comfortable apartments (50-80 m²) have all underfloor heating and a large terrace (15-20m²) with a view of the horse paddock. All apartments are very comfortable and cozy. The Ferienbungalow Storch is a detached house (approx. 61 m²) and modern furnished It has 3 bedrooms (1 with a separate entrance) All apartments have W-LAN. On the extensive grounds, there are several beach chairs, a table tennis table, a football pitch, a playground with a large sandbox, a slide and pedal cars for their children. In our large garden everyone really finds a place to play or relax. For comfortable hours in the open, there is also a separate seating possibility for each apartment with garden furniture, sunbathing and barbecue. A car parking space is at your disposal free of charge. The Baltic Sea can be reached via a new avenue in only 800m. The fine sand beach (Nordstrand) is about 1.5 km away. A very well developed bicycle network leads in the west direction in about 9 km to the island Hiddensee and in the east direction in about 5 km to the Cape Arkona with the well-known fishing village Vitt. Shopping possibilities, B. Bakery, supermarket, several smaller shops, pharmacy and a large department store are located in the 4 km distant Old Church. The nearby Gaststätte Pferdestübchen can be reached in approx. 900 m in Schwarzen-Siedlung.
