Our apartment Waldesruhe Hauzenberg, located in the small Bavarian holiday village Adalbert Stifter, in a quiet south-facing slope, in the health resort Hauzenberg-Rassreuth, overlooking Hauzenberg and the Staffelberg.
The spacious 2 room apartment with 60 sqm and ground floor access can accommodate a maximum of 5 people.
Children up to 12 years are free of charge.
The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker and much more.

Bedroom with double bed with comfortable mattresses, bedside tables and wardrobe
Large living area with dining area, flat screen TV, sofa bed (1.60 mx 2.04 m) with comfort topper, wardrobe, chest of drawers and large corner sofa.
A high chair and cot for our younger guests are also available.
Spacious bathroom with shower and window.
Large balcony on the south and west side with great views.
Private parking directly in front of the apartment.

Indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna and playground are available to our guests free of charge.
The Freudensee is within walking distance.

Location:
The Feriendorf Adalbert Stifter is located 2 km from the Luftkurort Hauzenberg, in the district of Rassreuth. Hauzenberg-Rassreuth is located in the southern Bavarian Forest, not far from the Dreiländereck: Bavaria-Bohemia-Austria. Hauzenberg belongs to the district of Passau.
Passau is 20 km away. The Bavarian National Park is about 25 km away.
The village was built in a beautiful southern slope. Directly from the house there are many hiking possibilities, whether an easy walk, a hiking or day trip. For swimming in the Freudensee lake it is only about 600 m.
On the "Oberfrauenwald" near Hauzenberg with its view tower you have a wonderful panoramic view over the southern Bavarian Forest and up to Austria. For skiers, the Geiersberg Lift, about 5 km, or the large ski Hochficht, about 30 km. There are 6 golf courses in the region. Countless excursions to sights, cities, hiking areas and good food can be found around Hauzenberg.
