The very spacious apartment has regular (extra beds possible) eight beds in four bedrooms. With 160 square meters of living space there is enough space to sit down comfortably or to enjoy the peace alone. The cozy kitchen gives you the opportunity to cook yourself or enjoy extensive breakfasts. Completely renovated in 2016 and 2017.

Accessible
The apartment is free of barriers and has no steps. Differences in height were compensated with ramps. The apartment is very bright in every area and offers enough space to maneuver with a walker or wheelchair. The wash basins in the bathrooms are accessible. A shower is at ground level and can be used with a wheelchair. Aids such as a commode chair or a walker can be provided on request. The cooker is slightly lowered to ensure good accessibility. The apartment is at ground level and can be kept in front of the entrance and parked in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is plastered with high-quality Maxit lime plaster. This acts as a natural air conditioning system and has been tested by eco-INSTITUT for its harmlessness to health according to the strictest pollutant and emission requirements and has been awarded the eco Institute label. High-quality silicate paints were used as wall paint. The floors are made of solid oak and ceramic mosaic tiles.

Arrival and departure
The apartment can only be rented per week. Unless otherwise agreed, Saturday is the day of arrival and departure. Please leave the apartment by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.

house rules
It is a non-smoking holiday apartment. For smokers there is a cozy arbor outdoors.
Pets have a surcharge of 90 euros for cleaning reasons.
Celebrations and celebrations are possible. However, since it is a very quiet area, room volume is requested from 10 p.m.
