The house is centrally located and VERY QUIET in a cul de sac. The apartment is located on the 1st Floor, no elevator, but very wide stairs. Air change is good for you
The higher you climb, the healthier the air. The concentration of pollutants (fine dust, carbon monoxide) decreases with every meter of altitude, pollen, dust mites, mold and other allergens become significantly less.
