Moin and welcome to our stylish holiday home "Oll Tuun" in Backemoor. The holiday home offers space for the whole family and is the ideal starting point for numerous excursion destinations, which can be reached either by bike or by car. Experience how Ostfriesland slowly awakens from hibernation, enjoy the first warm sun rays during a walk on the dike, visit one of the numerous spring markets or how about a day trip to an animal park - this and much more make a visit to our region worthwhile.

Our cottage is in dead end position on a little busy road. The approximately 100 square meter house extends over two floors.

The house is divided as follows:

• Beautiful living room with fireplace (firewood for a fee) and wall unit equipped with 50 "flat screen TV, Blu-Ray player, Wii game console and stereo system
• Bedroom with double bed (180 x 200cm) and spacious wardrobe
• bathroom with shower, bath and toilet (hairdryer available)
• Large kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, generously stocked with dishes and cooking utensils
• Dining room with large table and 6 chairs and a TV and coffee machine (Tassimo)
• Storeroom with washing machine and freezer
• second bathroom with shower and toilet, infrared cabin (extra charge)

The upper floor can be reached via a narrow space-saving staircase.

For babies and toddlers is a high chair, a changing table with baby bath and on request also a travel cot available.

The house has a small garden with sun terrace and barbecue (barbecue available) for sole use. A sandbox to play for the little ones is also available.

Parking spaces for your vehicles are available directly at the house free of charge. You can safely store your bicycles in a lockable room.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included.

Backemoor is a small, agricultural village and belongs to the municipality Rhauderfehn, in the southern Ostfriesland. From here you can reach everything in just a few minutes. In the immediate vicinity is the nature reserve "Holter Polder". This offers nature lovers a variety of meadow birds to watch. Here, the typical East Frisian countryside invites you to relax, rest, hike, jog and cycle without car traffic.
Likewise, the shopping city of Leer can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Here you will find a lively pedestrian area with many shops and a large gastronomic offer. The city of Leer is characterized by the beautiful, historic old town and the picturesque harbor. During Advent, the very nice Christmas market with mulled wine, roasted almonds and other delicacies invites.
The city of Papenburg, known by the Meyer shipyard, can be reached in just 15 minutes by car. Again, there is a lot to see, for. For example, a walk through the city park is extremely rewarding.
Other popular destinations include the Dutch towns of Winschoten and Groningen, which are less than an hour's drive away. Here you can leisurely stroll through the pedestrian area and maybe get one or the other souvenir.
For horse lovers the Hankenhof (known by the XXL Ostfriesen Tamme Hanken) in Filsum (about 15km distance) is certainly worth a visit.

The German North Sea coast with ferry connections to the East Frisian Islands is about 60km away. Enjoy the fresh sea air, do a mudflat walk or laze in the beach chair.

Various lakes, such. B. the leisure lake Grotegaste or the Idasee with water ski facility, can be reached in a few minutes by car.
There are also 3 indoor playgrounds in the vicinity if the weather is not great.

No smoking, no pets.
Final cleaning, electricity, gas and water are included in the price.
Children under 3 years are free of charge. Please indicate therefore only the number of persons over 3 years.
