The tastefully newly furnished 3½-room holiday house "Villino Alborella" is nestled in an approximately 3. 600 m² large park on the site of a former weaving mill. The location is sunny and quiet. Distributed on about 100 m�� living space, you will find a living / dining room, a separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From all rooms (except for the bathrooms) you have direct access to the garden and a beautiful view of the lake. Here you can easily switch off, give yourself to the idleness and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The park with its centuries-old magnolia trees is unique in its kind on Lake Maggiore, and together with azaleas, rhododendrons and mimosa trees, it shows its most beautiful side especially in the spring. Access to the site, however, only the landlord of the house.
