The town house delights with its extremely lovingly furnished interiors.

Here on the ground floor a multi-bed room with a 1.40m and a 0.90m bed enchants every guest in soft, warm tones. Two large closets, bedside tables and a refrigerator are also included.

Next to it is the exclusive bathroom with shower and toilet, washing machine and dryer. The absolute highlight here is the beautiful mirror, which, in gold, gives everyone who is looking in the feeling of a unique portrait ;-).

The kitchen is also on the ground floor. In olive green, it stimulates creativity not only with your equipment but especially with your practical cooking island. There is also an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and much more. All sorts of things can be stowed and found in the storage room (e.g. the extensive game collection). The cozy seating area offers all hungry, fun and creative people a place to stay.

On the upper floor there is another room with the same bedding. There is also a double room with two single beds (2x 0.90m). Both rooms have a table with two chairs and their own fridge in the room. In addition, the two rooms share a small but extremely fine bathroom with shower and toilet.

All rooms are equipped with WiFi. In every room there is also a flat screen with Sky connection.

You can park, grill or play outside in the driveway.

The property is in a quiet residential area with children playing on the street. The neighborhood is family. In the immediate vicinity you will find playgrounds, beautiful organic country houses, lovingly designed half-timbered houses, sports facilities and small beekeeping stations.
If you want to go further: 10 minutes on foot to the Cologne / Bonn train connection with direct connection, 6 minutes by car to the A555 connection to Cologne Bonn, 7 minutes by car to the A61, 115 minutes by car to Phantasialand
