The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of town. The domicile is also popular due to the view of the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location by the water. Available for shared use are: sun loungers, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and a campfire area.

Njivice, 40 m above sea level. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed plot with shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. This charming complex is situated in a renowned tourist settlement in the northwest of the island and just a few steps from the sea – a mere 40 metres! The town centre is also quickly reached with a short walk of only 150 metres. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
