Benissa and its restaurants are only 1.5 km away, the sandy beach 7 km and the golf course 6.7 km.

The beautiful property with architectural refinements such as decorative stone walls and wooden beams on the ceilings, makes this house a unique place. The property offers 4 parking spaces and allows two pets. Groups of young people are not welcome.
