An approx. 90 sqm south-west oriented apartment with shower room and toilet, large living-kitchen area, comfortable seating and dining table for self-catering.
One bedroom has a large double bed, the bedroom in the upper area is equipped with 2 single beds. The balcony can be reached directly from the living area. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. With us you have free wifi. It is about 35-50 km to the North Sea, depending on which coastal town or port you would like to go to. On site we have designated quarry ponds with sand and loungers, but without swimming supervision. the port city of Emden (Otto Hus) is 22 km from here. The town of Leer is 10 km away, Aurich about 20 km. The flower city Wiesmoor is 35 km from here. Great bike tours can be done from Warsingsfehn. Papenburg with the Meyer shipyard are about 40 km away.
In the kitchen area you will find a 4-burner stove with oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The balcony is about 25 square meters. Table and chairs are a matter of course. Parking at the house. The garden can be shared. The stay is at least 4 days.
We live in the main house and are available for you if you wish.
The apartment has a separate staircase and its own entrance.
