Apartment

Our apartment 03 offers for max. 4 adults and two children space. The lovingly and comfortably furnished apartment has its own entrance area and is located on the ground floor. In the living room is a sofa with a new, comfortable sofa bed for two guests, table and second couch and a closet with satellite TV - radio and equipment. Directly next to the living room open kitchen, which is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc., is a large storage room. There is also a bathroom with shower / WC and daylight windows.   The apartment has two separate bedrooms (1x double bed 1.40 m wide, 1x double bed 1.80 m wide, sleeping couch 1.40 m wide and small child bed), living room with sleeping sofa (1.60 m wide) is approx. 100 square meters large. The dining room with table and chairs and a second reading area with 2 cuddly armchairs is located in the conservatory (30 square meters, underfloor heating, air conditioning, sunscreen). From the winter garden and from a bedroom there is a direct access to the garden with sunbathing area and the covered, furnished terrace with barbecue area. A free Internet access over WLAN can be used. When you arrive, fresh towels are provided and the beds are, of course, already covered with bed linen (except extra bed).

Welcome to the guesthouse Captain Winston (ehm. Guesthouse Reymann)!  Our house was built in 1996 in the former fishing village of Lauterbach: only a few minutes walk from Lauterbacher harbor and not far from Putbusser Schlosspark. The house is located in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve South-East-Rügen with much original nature. Here we offer two cuddly apartments and three spacious and cozy apartments in a central but very quiet location. From here you can wonderful start your Rügen discoveries.   The accommodations are modern and comfortable. A free Internet access over WLAN can be used. Each apartment has its own spacious terrace or large balcony in the middle of our wild and romantic garden.   The beautiful nature for hiking and cycling is almost outside the front door. And - to the natural bathing resort at Greifswalder Bodden it is only about 1.5 kilometers. At Lauterbacher Hafen are numerous restaurants, where you can dine at civilian prices. Baker and supermarket are within easy walking distance (about 8 minutes). When you arrive, fresh towels are provided and the beds are, of course, already covered with bed linen (except extra bed). Ample parking spaces are located directly at the house. For your bicycles you have a possibility of storage. The bus stop for public transport is just 300 meters away.  At Lauterbacher harbor, which can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, there is also a train station with connection to the entire German railway network and the last stop of the Kleinbahn "Rasender Roland". From the port and boat connections (also with bicycle transport) in the seaside resorts Baabe and Sellin (season) possible. A holiday without a car is therefore nothing in the way.
