The house has on the ground floor a large living room with a modern open kitchen and connected terrace through which the garden and pool can be reached. The terrace connected to the kitchen has sun awnings, chill out lounge, large dining table for 8 people and an electric Weber grill. In the basement there are 2 bedrooms with 180 cm wide double beds and bathroom ensuite as well as two bedrooms with 2 single beds and a bathroom in the hallway. The garden in which 6 sun loungers and the nearby beach can be reached quickly via the hallway.
In addition to air conditioning in each bedroom and in the living and dining room (heating and cooling), the tenant has WIFI, satellite TV and a parking space on the property.
Access to the beach is via a private supply route.
