The beautiful and homely furnished holiday home "Gülo" (max 3-4 persons) is located in southern Sicily, in the seaside resort of Marina di Modica, just a few meters from the center and large sandy beach.

The holiday home is about 70sqm in size and has 2 separate bedrooms, one double bedroom and another room with a single bed, a large living area, on request also a further extra bed can be adjusted, a separate kitchen, shower and WC as well as a balcony , Which leads around the first floor. In the lower part there is a terrace about 100 square meters, surrounded by a little garden, as well as a small rustic kitchen with separate WC + shower.

There is also a car park on the property.
(In the main months of July and August, however, it would be advisable to park the car outside the holiday house, as the main gate could often be parked).

In the garden there are beautiful lemon trees and grapefruit trees, which can also be used.
