The 1 room apartment is about 30 square meters and is located in the 2nd Floor. The apartment has a balcony. There is a living room with kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The living room has a double bed. For a toddler up to 2 years we are happy to put a travel cot in the apartment (once 15 €). During your stay in the main building (about 20 m) coin-operated washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are available. The price includes a parking space in the parking garage (about 90 m) for a car up to 1.90 m in height. Additional parking spaces and parking spaces for higher cars only on request directly at the holiday home surcharge.
