Our house "Suerte al Sur" is located in the north of Fuerteventura on the colored mountains "Montana Colorada" with the volcano Calderon Hondo. The property has a size of 3000 sqm and is beautifully planted.
On a floor area of 230m2 there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A bathroom in addition to the shower room with a bathtub. A large living room with comfortable sofas and a light-flooded Arabic room.
There is also a small oven for heating in case it is really too cold in winter. From here you can also reach the west facing terrace, which invites you to a "sundowner".
The kitchen is generously designed and equipped.
The courtyard is partially covered (sun protection) and there is a heated swimming pool.

After 150 meters, at the end of the street, the nature reserve begins. From there you can take very nice hikes or mountain bike tours to the volcanoes.
It is about 1.5 km to Lajares. There are restaurants, small cafes, bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets etc.
Corralejo in the east with its beautiful dunes and beaches is about 10 km away.
6 km to the west is El Cotillo with also very beautiful beaches and a breathtaking cliff.
The surf spots on the north coast are among the best on earth.
