The holiday apartment is located in a terraced or semi-detached house, was renovated in 2005, and is furnished in a rustic and typical local style. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for use: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, campfire site, and courtyard. The availability of barbecuing is provided by us.


Location
Alghero. The holiday flat is located on an open, enclosed garden plot with lawn and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. +++++++ PETS: Bringing pets depends on their size and breed. +++++++. Access is directly from the main road (tarmacked). Parking on the property.


Special
Air conditioning. Children's toys, crib, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), safe, iron, and washing machine. TV reception is via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector, smoke detector, and fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early April to late October 6 m x 12 m 2.60 m deep).


Dogs
allowed, EUR 15.00/pet per day.

Shopping 3 km, restaurant 100 m, town centre 14 km. Alghero: train station 11 km and disco, cinema each 14 km. Fertilia: doctor, pharmacy, bank each 6 km. Airport 9 km. In summer: Bay of Alghero 7 km in Fertilia (beach 7 km in Fertilia with sand). Fertilia: golf 4.8 km, dog beach 7 km and tennis 9 km.

The entrance to your holiday flat is on the ground floor, is level-access and leads directly into the living room.
Ground floor: Living/bedroom (23 sqm, walk-through room) with 1 additional bed on a couch/sofa, TV, dining area (5 seats) and access to the terrace (garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs, parasol). Bedroom (20 sqm) with 1 double bed (queen size), 1 single bed and access to the terrace.
Raised ground floor: Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and hairdryer. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom (walk-through room) with TV, dining area (4 seats), gas hob (3 burners), electric hob (induction hob), oven, fridge (freezer compartment), washing machine and **** PLEASE NOTE: The fridge, crockery and kitchenette must be left clean before departure, and rubbish must be disposed of in the designated containers; otherwise up to €100.00 will be retained from the deposit.
