The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building, was renovated in 2005, and is furnished in a rustic and typical local style. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the forests and its quiet, sunny, and secluded location at the edge of the forest. Available for use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, campfire site, and courtyard.

Alghero. The holiday flat is located on an open, enclosed garden plot with lawn and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. +++++++ PETS: Bringing pets depends on their size and breed. +++++++. Access is via a side road or directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early April to late October 6 m x 12 m 2.60 m deep).

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the mezzanine floor and is accessed via 5 steps and an outside staircase. Bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 additional bed on couch/sofa (suitable for children only). Bedroom with 1 double bed and (1 table, 4 chairs). Kitchenette in the living room with TV, dining area (6 seats), gas hob (3 burners), electric hob (induction hob), oven, extractor hood, fridge (freezer compartment), washing machine and **** PLEASE NOTE: The fridge, dishes and kitchenette must be left clean before departure, and rubbish must be thrown into the designated bins; otherwise, up to €100.00 will be retained from the deposit. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and hairdryer.
