The Villa Anna is a pearl of the bath architecture and scores with 7 highly modern holiday apartments, all of which are equipped with the highest comfort and luxury. Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in a special house where the famous Johann Strauss spent his summer holidays. All guests of the hotel have a parking space in the courtyard as well as free internet available. Furthermore, all guests can use the washing machine and dryer free.

Ferienwohnung 3/4 Takt is located in the attic (2. Floor) of Villa Anna and can be reached via the historic stairwell. Already in the hallway, you can feel the modern flair and open a fancy Glatür to ​​get into the heart of the apartment, the combination of kitchen and living room. Here you can cook, eat, read, watch TV together or just relax. Exposed roof beams create a great atmosphere and at the same time serve as a room divider. Two equal bedrooms with large box spring bed, wardrobe and TV complete the offer for up to 4 guests. In the bathroom you will not only find a nice shower, but your own little sauna.  The entire apartment is designed with classy design flooring, which pleases the allergy sufferers among the guests. Here your holiday in 3/4 time becomes a special experience.  

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
