This is our modern 3-room apartment for 2-4 people on the ground floor in Seestraße in Scharbeutz.

The beach and the promenade (dune mile) can be reached in just a few minutes' walk through the directly adjacent newly designed spa gardens.

The elevator takes you comfortably from the associated underground parking space to this lovingly furnished non-smoking apartment. Here you can spend your vacation in a bright apartment with attractive lighting.

In the kitchen you will find a fully equipped kitchenette as well as a free-standing island with induction hob and built-in appliances from BOSCH. The cooking island also offers seating for 3 people. There you can enjoy your espresso or cappuccino from the Nespresso machine.

In the living area you will find the dining area for 4 people and a comfortable leather couch. The technical equipment of the living area includes a 47 "flat screen TV, a Harman Kardon CD-DVD / Blue / Ray player with sound system, USB connection, radio and an I-Pod docking station via Bluetooth. The landline telephone connection and Internet access via free WiFi are of course included for you.

Both bedrooms are equipped with a modern and high quality box spring double bed and a flat screen TV 32 ". From the larger bedroom you can go directly to one of the two beautiful shower rooms. Both shower rooms have a walk-in shower, additional rain shower head, underfloor heating and towel radiators.

When the weather is nice, the two furnished terraces (one facing the spa park with a southeast orientation and the other springing back to the Seestrasse with a west orientation) and during the seasons (May 1st - September 30th) the beach chair on the beach included in the price ( Beach section 23) for lingering and sunbathing.
