Welcome to the 3-room apartment with approx. 102qm which can accommodate you for max. 4 adults + 1 child up to 3 years in the children's travel bed offers. In the spring of 2017, the non-smoking apartment was completely refurbished tastefully and harmoniously in a beach-house style, so that you can spend a relaxing and comfortable holiday here. In the morning you can have your breakfast on the large covered and furnished balcony with a beach basket, while enjoying the wonderful view from the 3. Floor on the Selliner See. The living area offers you a cozy, light gray couch corner with couch table and a comfortable reading chair which invites you to lounging! A white sideboard, a glass display case in maritime style and a large dining table round off the living area together with a mini-stereo system, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and an inclusive Internet access (WLAN). The bright and separate built-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, 4-zone induction hob, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, water cooker, toaster, coffee machine and various cooking utensils.  Next to the 38 m² living and dining room there are two bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1,80m x 2,00m), 2 side tables and a walk-in wardrobe. The smaller bedroom has 2 single beds (0,90m x 2,00m), adjustable slats, bedside tables and a walk-in wardrobe and a small table. The modern daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, wash basin, hairdryer and a bathtub. You can also end the day with a magnificent bubble bath. An apartment-like storage room with cleaning utensils belongs to it. In the basement of the house you can use a communal washing machine and a dryer for a fee. There is a limited parking space for your bicycles. A covered car parking space (No. 17) is available to you. Pets are not allowed. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) can be used 14 days before arrival for 16.00 & # 128; Book per person or supplement by own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.

Built in classical architecture, the Haus Holstein is centrally located yet quiet in the historical part of the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin below the Kurpark Friedensberg. Due to this location, the apartment offers you the perfect mix of beach holiday, activity and relaxation. The fine sand beach as well as the beautiful pier are only 400 m from the object. The Granitzer Wald is as well as the famous Wilhelmstraße with its shops, numerous restaurants, cafes and shops within a few meters within walking distance.
