The Non smoking apartment (50 square meters) is located on the ground floor. Kitchen and bathroom equipped with floors of cement tiles. Equipped with planks living room is to use as a studio, i. E. Living and sleeping are held (35 square meters) in a large room. It is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200), a dining table with four chairs, a sofa and a closet.
