The holiday residence Ostseepark- Zempin is idyllically located behind the dunes in the picturesque seaside resort Zempin. The apartment is all year for max. 5 people rented. The newly furnished apartment with a size of 79m² invites with its cozy ambience and the two balconies, a feel for the good. Here you can switch off the stress of everyday life and feel comfortable in a pleasant atmosphere. For families with children is taken care of, a beautiful playground is located within the complex. On the premises there is a communal barbecue area that can be used as well as a communal laundry and drying room with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer.

The apartment "beach runner" extends over 2 floors, is very spacious and comfortably furnished. On the 1st floor is the living room with flat screen TV, quality 5. 1. Surround sound system incl. DVD player, CD and radio, a nice balcony, a bathroom with shower, WC and hair dryer. Since 2014 you have a high-quality infrared sauna in the bathroom. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, glasses, cutlery and crockery. Since 2014 now additionally: microwave with grill, Krups gourmet coffee grinder, Krups espresso machine, Melitta coffee machine. The upper floor with two bedrooms (one with TV and DVD player) and a second bathroom with shower and toilet, offers another balcony, on which you can comfortably end the day. In the cold season, underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth.
