The cottage is located at the end of the road in the quiet and beautiful resort "Skanepark" - with lawn, playground and table tennis. The beach is about 800 meters away; In the immediate vicinity are restaurants, supermarket, bike rental and much more. The spacious and comfortable holiday home was partially renovated in 2018 and extends over two floors. In the EC there are next to the bathroom with shower, washing machine and toilet also kitchen as well as living / dining area and in the 1. OG the two bedrooms and another toilet. The living and dining room can be reached from the hall via the modern kitchen. In the living area, an electric fireplace in the colder months for cozy warmth. In front of the dining area, the terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture, invites you to relax.
