Our modernized apartment offers on 2 levels and a total of approx. 85 square meters a spacious living room with an open and well-equipped kitchen, sofa bed (double bed) and fireplace. Upstairs you will find 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and a small sleeping loft (single bed).
A roof terrace with a view of the nearby rain invites you to sit outside.
Washer dryer, free of charge: WiFi and 2 rental bikes. Parking on the street.
Suitable for 4 people. Non smoking. No pets.
Our apartment is in a quiet, yet central location. Regensburg's old town and the World Heritage area can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. Restaurants, beer gardens and shopping facilities for self-catering can be found in the vicinity. Bus stop and connection to the well-developed bike path network in the immediate vicinity.
Our apartment was created in a completely renovated building and offers ideal conditions for your stay in Regensburg. During the 3-year renovation period, attempts were made to preserve the old and to integrate the new. The result is a place with character, peace and relaxation.
