This cozy and very well equipped Nurdachhaus we acquired in December 2016th In the meantime, we have lovingly renovated and modernized. The complete furniture is new, as well as the bright kitchen with its high quality equipment (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, Delonghi coffee machine, etc.). It is located in a Ferienwohnpark in Immenstaad with private car.-parking about 800 meters from Lake Constance. A supermarket, bakery, restaurant and big bike rental is located about 2 minutes. Walk away.

The approximately 70 square meter house has a spacious and comfortable living and dining area with open kitchen. Similarly, a small, bright daylight bathroom with shower, toilet and sink on the ground floor and a storage room.

A staircase to reach the upper floor with the two bedrooms. Both rooms are equipped with a TV and offer plenty of storage space for your clothing. One bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), the other has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), which can also be put together. In this room is located directly under the roof a small sleeping place, the "alcove".

In a small, secluded garden with large newly landscaped terrace, garden table with 4 chairs and 2 chairs, and a Weber charcoal grill you can have breakfast and end the day at sunset. The terrace can be shaded with an electric awning.

For the hot summer months (July and August) air conditioning in the living area is available.

During your stay we offer free Wi-Fi access.

Please note that duvets (135 x 200 cm) and pillows (80 x 80 cm) are provided, however, bed linen and sheets and towels and tea towels must be brought.

There is a laundrette in the Ferienwohnpark.

Pets are only allowed after express agreement with us.
