The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and has a bedroom with a double bed or two single beds and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. A high-quality kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub are available. The apartment is 48 square meters.

The lovingly renovated apartment "Alte Wache" is located in the former rooms of the Malteser Rettungswache and is located in the center of Erfurt, in the immediate vicinity of Thomaspark. All historical highlights of the city, such as the cathedral, the Krämer Bridge, the Petersberg Citadel or the Erfurt Treasure u. V. A. m., are within walking distance (10 min). You can start a relaxed walk in the park or Steigerwald, or a bike tour on the immediately adjacent Gera bike path right outside the front door. The exhibition hall, the Egapark, the Thuringia Hall, the Steigerwald station can be reached by tram (next stop 5 minutes) and invite to cultural events.

At this point we would like to point out the culture tax for overnight stays in the city of Erfurt. "The fee is 5% of the amount spent by the guest on accommodation, including VAT." (City Treasury Dept. Taxes) The culture tax has to be paid separately on arrival. Overnight guests who are accommodated for professional reasons are exempt from the tax. Business travelers are therefore requested to fill in the appropriate form on site.
