Our house is located in 53947 Nettersheim. It has a bedroom for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. In addition, the holiday guests can use a gallery with a sofa bed (lying area 1.60x1.95m). In addition to a fireplace, you have a terrace and a large garden. The holiday home is equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows so that guests can enjoy beautiful views from all rooms.
The house was built in 2016/17 as a holiday home and is equipped with underfloor heating under real wood flooring (Belgian oak).
The house is located on a hill, so that you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the Eifel landscape from every room. The town center can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
Nettersheim is located on the Cologne-Trier railway line, has a well-developed hiking network, a nature conservation center, a Roman village and a high ropes course. The train station, bakeries, bistro, snack bar, post office and ice cream parlor are within walking distance. A supermarket is about 5 minutes away by car.
