LA PERLA DI SICILIA

The small bungalow park 'La Perla di Sicilia' is situated directly in the center of Marina di Modica and only 30m from the fine sandy beach, on one of the most beautiful coastlines in Sicily.

The center of town with restaurants, bas, supermarkets and 'gelaterias' are only a few minutes walk away.
The bungalow is completely furnished and include 2 bedrooms, a dining-area with kitchen, shower, WC with bidet, TV, Wifi Internet and air conditioning in the dining area.

There is also a patio and a parking space free of charge outside the bungalow park.

The bungalows are surrounded by beautiful oleander-, lemon-, orange- and fig trees, as well as small and big palm trees.

Warm spring temperatures during the low seasons invite you to spend the winter in Sicily.

We are happy to provide our guests with bed linen and towels (for a small extra charge). On request we also rent out bicycles, sunbeds and parasols.

Baby cots, high chairs or children's beach toys are free of charge on request.

To get to all the interesting cities and archaeological sites in the area we advise you to rent a car. If you wish we will get a rental for you.

Please note that in the months of July and August, then when the locals go on holiday, there could be loud music till late into the night around our bungalow park, because between this period, there will be organized, dance, music and theater performances for entertainment and our quiet seaside resort comes to life.

MARINA DI MODICA

Marina di Modica is situated directly by the seaside, between Sampieri and Pozzallo, on the most southern part of Sicily. There is a large bay with a beautiful sandy beach surrounded by numerous dunes. Marina di Modica is the ideal place for families and in spring and autumn also for people who looking for peace, quiet and want to relax.

Warm temperatures in the low season and spring like conditions in winter permit endless walks along the beautiful sandy beaches and coastlines.

Marina di Modica is certainly one of the few spots in Sicily that has not yet been overcrowded by tourism. Here, as well as in all of the region of Ragusa, you can get to know the real Sicilian life!
