PODERE IL FORNACINO, a private villa with pool near Orvieto, is the ideal accommodation for a holiday dedicated to relaxation. The completely renovated farmhouse with spacious bedrooms has an upscale level of comfort.

The highlight of this villa is clearly the beautiful outdoor area with a wide, shady portico with garden furniture and views of the well kept garden and the surrounding vineyards and forests. Around the villa there is a generous lawn area. The pool area with covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue is completely fenced and thus provides the perfect security for families with small children. On the first floor of the villa there is also a sun terrace with spectacular 360 degree views of the surrounding countryside.

An antique stone oven near the villa is the only wood-leftover remnant of the past.

The region of Umbria captivates its visitors with its typically rural simplicity and the charm of its suggestive cities such as Assisi, Orvieto, Todi or Perugia, which offer a deep insight into the culture of this region.

FIRST FLOOR: 2 twin bedrooms (one of which can be made up as a double), bathroom with tub.

Facilities: Large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, SKY Tv, CD and cassette player. Cot & highchair, barbecue, fans in all bedrooms and living room, WiFi in the living room and terrace ground floor

Swimming Pool
Fenced 6 x14 m pool with diving board. Open 1st May to late September weather permitting. Depth ranges from 0.95 m to 2 m. Pool towels provided.



The prices includes: gas for cooking, electricity, water, linen and towels with weekly change.

The price does not include: final cleaning 160,- Euro fix price,

Services upon request: heating if used upon consumption), extra cleaning (€ 10,00/hour/cleaner), extra linen (€ 12,00/person). Maid service, Cook available on request. Pets: small pets are welcome on request, 30,- Euro/week
