The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2000, was renovated in 2010, and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site, and courtyard.

Sea and garden and courtyard Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 5 m). Parking (for 10 cars) is available in a carport and on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating (oil), electric heating. The facility is only open in summer. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception is via satellite. The accommodation is allergy-free.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational mid-June to mid-September, 5 m x 11 m, 1.5 m deep). The swimming pool is not included in the price of the app. It is free of charge.
