The apartment is located in the best residential area of Goslar above the old town. In the popular district "Steinberg" not far from the Steinbergalm there is the "Alte Rodelbahn" service road. Quietly located and yet only a few minutes' walk from the center, the completely new and modern apartment awaits you. Due to the optimal location, the apartment is an ideal starting point for sightseeing of the world cultural heritage, as well as for walks in the Harz Mountains. Goslar and the Harz Mountains offer individualists, families, people interested in culture, recreational athletes and nature lovers the right thing for every season.

The completely single-storey apartment has a separate entrance and thus enables the greatest possible individuality. The cozy, bright living room leads to the bedroom with a double bed. There is still another small windowless room (daylight via glass door) in which there is another (emergency) bed. The apartment is ideal for 2 people.
The spacious, fully equipped kitchen has a stove and a microwave with grill. Relaxed meals are possible thanks to the integrated dining area.
The bright, modern bathroom has a large floor-to-ceiling shower, so that a stepless entry is possible.

Free parking is available in front of the house.

From July 1st, 2019, the city of Goslar will charge a so-called "guest contribution" of every overnight guest in the amount of € 2.30 per person / day, which the landlord must collect from the guest upon arrival and pay to the city of Goslar.
